Recovering lost things is easy:
- If you still have your account's email address, you can
always recover your ID and/or get assigned a new passphrase.
- If you don't have the email address, you need
both your ID and passphrase
so you can sign in and change the address.
- If you have neither the email address nor the the ID/passphrase
combination, you're out of luck (although you can always create a
new account),
If all you need is your ID, just enter the account's email address below
and press
send ID (or hit
enter);
an email containing the ID will be sent to that address.
If you've lost your passphrase (or both your ID and your passphrase),
enter the account's email address below and press
new passphrase.
You should receive an email from
newPass@22true.com requesting confirmation.
Be sure to answer that email
within 24 hours.
You should then receive an email containing your ID and a new temporary passphrase.
